Many clients approach 3D printing believing it is only useful for <strong>prototyping<\/strong>, without realizing that today it is also an <strong>effective solution for serial production<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Another challenge is the <strong>standardization of production processes<\/strong>. Each project has <strong>different requirements<\/strong> in terms of <strong>materials, finishes, and mechanical properties<\/strong>, and there are no <strong>universal guidelines<\/strong> that simplify the selection of technologies and printing parameters. This requires <strong>co-design work with the client<\/strong>, essential to optimize models and ensure <strong>industrial feasibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>A further critical aspect is <strong>production times and process repeatability<\/strong>. While 3D printing has made significant progress in terms of <strong>reliability<\/strong>, there is still a gap compared to traditional manufacturing in some applications.
