Sim Racing<\/strong> is an activity that requires a mix of precision, sensitivity and reactivity to achieve high-level performance on the track. To meet the needs of the most demanding Sim Racing enthusiasts, 3DRap has developed a series of MODs specifically designed for the Fanatec<\/strong> pedalboards of the CSL, CSL LC and CSL Elite<\/strong> series. These MODs were created with the aim of improving the technical characteristics of the pedal sets, offering a more professional, precise and engaging driving experience, allowing drivers to improve their performance<\/strong> during Sim Racing sessions and lower their times on the track lap.<\/strong> One of the main missions<\/strong> of 3DRap is precisely to allow sim drivers to make their driving position professional without necessarily having to change hardware.<\/p>\n

\"\"Fanatec CSL, CSL LC vs CSL Elite pedals: Similarities and Differences<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Before examining the MODs offered by 3DRap, it is essential to understand the similarities and differences between the Fanatec pedalboards of the CSL, CSL LC and CSL Elite series. While the CSL and the CSL LC<\/strong> share similar operating mechanics, with a steel structure<\/strong>, kinematic mechanisms on bushings and HALL sensors, the main difference lies in the presence of a load cell on the brake pedal<\/strong> in the CSL LC<\/strong>. On the other hand, the CSL Elite V2<\/strong> features a rigid plastic structure of industrial origin<\/strong>, completely black in color and with a more refined support structure, in addition to the presence of a load cell<\/strong> on the brake pedal and 2 HALL sensors<\/strong> on accelerator and clutch. Despite these differences, all three pedalboards can benefit from the MODs offered by 3DRap and can be connected to Fanatec wheelbases: Podium DD, Podium DD2, CSL DD, GranTurismo DD Pro, ClubSport DD.<\/p>\n

Brake MOD: Realism and Improved Performance<\/a>\"fanatec<\/a><\/h3>\n

One of the most significant MODs offered by 3DRap is the Brake MOD. This MOD aims to improve the realism and performance of the brake pedal<\/strong>, allowing the driver to achieve a more accurate and consistent response when braking. The Brake MOD simulates the behavior of a real car’s brake pedal, increasing resistance based on the pressure applied by the driver. This allows for greater precision in braking dosage<\/strong>, avoiding wheel lockup and improving pedal sensitivity during longer driving sessions. Thanks to this MOD, the driver can fully exploit the range of use of the brake pedal, obtaining a more immersive and realistic driving experience.<\/p>\n
