Textured Rubber Filling – 120mm 1.9″ or 2.2″ Tyre [No Foam – Anti Foam]

Description

The 3DRap team has developed a Structured Rubber Infill for 120mm wheels, with 1.9″ or 2.2″ rims. It replaces the classic sponge filling (foam).

• The material used is a shape memory elastomer that copies the ground and avoids the collapse of the tire shoulder in those phases of particular lateral slope.
• Unlike the foam insert, it does not retain water and mud, it does not get heavy.
• The weight is approximately 32g. Outside diameter 113mm, inside diameter 56mm or 64mm, width 32mm.

Each insert is made up of 2 components: the outer ring can be used individually with 2.2 “wheels, and the inner ring which can be added if 1.9″ wheels are used.
The inner ring has 2 variants:

• Light (recommended for radio models weighing less than 2.5kg).
• HeavyDuty (recommended for radio models weighing more than 2.5kg).

One pack contains 2 inserts (the price refers to 2 inserts).

Abbiamo sviluppato un Riempimento in Gomma Strutturata per ruote da 120mm, con cerchioni da 1.9″ o 2.2″. Si sostituisce al classico riempimento in spugna (foam).

• Il materiale utilizzato è un elastomero a memoria di forma che copia il terreno ed evita il collasso della spalla del penumatico in quelle fasi di particolare pendenza laterale.
• A differenza dell’inserto in foam, non trattiene acqua e fango, non si appesantisce.
• Il peso è di 32g circa. Diametro esterno 113mm, diametro interno 56mm o 64mm, larghezza 32mm.

Ogni inserto è formato da 2 componenti: l’anello esterno può essere utilizzato singolarmente con ruote da 2.2″, e l’anello interno che può essere aggiunto nel caso in cui si utilizzano ruote da 1.9″.
L’anello interno ha 2 varianti:

• Light (consigliato per radiomodelli di massa inferiore ai 2,5kg).
• HeavyDuty (consigliato per radiomodelli di massa superiore ai 2,5kg).
