3DRap’s Six Years in Sim Racing and Motorsport

3DRap celebrated six years in business. And the celebrations could only be dedicated to the growth journey that transformed a small start-up founded in a tiny ancient village into a large, established company with a global presence, particularly in the Sim Racing industry.

While the last two years have caused considerable difficulties for the economy in general, a new challenge began for 3DRap: improving its technologies and offering new products to simulated driving enthusiasts, professional drivers and newcomers to the industry who, particularly during the various pandemic lockdowns, spent even more hours training or simply having fun on virtual tracks.

From Virtual to Real Motorsport: Six Years of Sim Racing Celebrated Aboard a Kart

It was a challenge that the Irpinian digital prototyping and 3D printing company once again embraced enthusiastically and sought to overcome. One more reason to celebrate the six years of major achievements of a team that continues to grow, both in the number of its members and in terms of professionalism and production quality.

There are certainly many ingredients behind this success. Knowledge, research, innovation, environmental sustainability and know-how acquired over the years. But above all, there is a substantial dose of passion shared by the entire team, particularly for the world of Motorsport.

This is also demonstrated by the way 3DRap chose to celebrate what appears to be only one of the first goals it has achieved.
The entire team, which works every day on 3DRap-branded Sim Racing components such as pedal sets and steering wheels—products that reach every corner of the globe—headed to the Kartodromo Iscaro track for an exciting kart race.

Emotion, fun, adrenaline and growth—even on that day. Because everything 3DRap offers its customers, whose satisfaction is the driving force that pushes the company to grow and continually improve, is first experienced and tested by the team itself with passion, unity and enthusiasm.

Milestones and New Challenges in Sim Racing

This is certainly one of the secrets of its success: putting into practice—or, in this case, perhaps it would be better to say onto the track—what it does, driven by knowledge and passion.

From the launch of the Ngasa pedal set from the Ignition line to the commercial filmed thanks to the collaboration of numerous institutions, companies and associations, along the hairpin bends of Montevergine with a Formula 3 single-seater and two drift cars; from the 3DRap Tour at the Ferrari Simulator Center, and beyond, to races on real tracks alongside great champions. These and many other new developments have taken the company across Italy and around the world, even when everything seemed to have come to a standstill.

During its first six years in business, 3DRap strengthened existing partnerships and established new ones, while entering various industries, including the Scaler sector over the past year. It took on virtual and real-world challenges, receiving numerous awards.

And many new challenges are already planned. With the same passion and enthusiasm as always, and its sights set on the future.
