Formula 2 preseason testing begins, bringing Matteo Nannini’s ambitious project to life: racing in both F2 and F3 in the same year, with the aim of reaching F1 as early as next year with HWA Racelab. The first round of testing takes place in Bahrain from March 8 to 10, ahead of the first race of the year, which will be held at Sakhir from March 26 to 28.
Nannini thus returns to Bahrain, where, in December 2020, he sat in an F2 car for the first time.
The design of the new car has finally been unveiled, once again featuring the 3DRap logo. The company has long stood by the driver.

It has been a difficult winter because of Covid-19 restrictions, but Nannini showed his determination by never interrupting his training and, also thanks to 3DRap, setting up a simulator at home.
3DRap has never stopped supporting him, and during the lockdown it provided the driver it sponsors with everything needed to train at a high professional level: a racing rig, a steering wheel, and the necessary accessories.
“I can’t wait to get back on track, especially because this session will have an impact on the first race, which starts in two weeks. For my part, I’ll focus on taking every corner correctly, and the lap time will follow.” he concluded.
