The International Festival of Comics and Pop Culture, now celebrating its highly successful ninth edition, is launching a new area dedicated to virtual racing enthusiasts: the “Virtual Racing Academy”.
And of course, the 3DRap engineers could not miss it, bringing the Sim racing steering wheel designed and manufactured entirely in their Mercogliano digital prototyping and 3D printing workshop.
From June 6 to 9, at the Le Ciminiere Exhibition Center in Catania, this unmissable event for all fans of comics, animated films and video games, as well as music, Japanese culture and collectibles, opens its doors to the online motor racing sector with four professional driving simulators that will deliver great thrills and the feeling of being on a real track, thanks to the new “Virtual Racing Academy”, which will provide the best driving simulators for PS4 and PC.
The services offered to enthusiasts will be managed by FMPITALIA’s eSports team, in collaboration with 3DRap, on the first floor of Pavilion C1. During the event, visitors will be able to watch and take part in a spectacular team exhibition race, as well as the scheduled activities and contests, for a chance to win the 3DRap Sim racing steering wheel, tested and praised by some of the world’s most famous sim drivers, along with many discount vouchers to use in the company’s online shop.
A successful product, together with many other gadgets made by the Irpinia-based company, will be featured at a fair that broke its attendance record last year, welcoming more than 80,000 visitors from across Europe. This year, it will also attract many sim racing enthusiasts, who will have the opportunity to discover 3DRap’s work and innovative projects. The company is now well known in the driving simulation industry for the innovations it has introduced to one of the world’s most popular eSports.
