Today is an important day for our team. 3DRap is changing its legal structure from a simplified limited liability company (s.r.l.s.) to an ordinary limited liability company, S.r.l.
An increase in share capital from 2,000 to 10,000 euros has also been agreed and, even more importantly, the arrival of a new partner has been made official: Giovanni Di Grezia.
Giovanni, known as “xGiovio” to his friends, plays a vital role in our business. His IT management expertise, combined with his skills in hardware, software and mathematics, will help us scale further and provide an increasingly efficient service through online platforms designed specifically for our products.
That said, we can’t wait to reveal the many things we have in the works. They will mainly concern the two core activities of 3DRap S.R.L.: the world of SimRacing and rapid prototyping, which we expect to expand its scope into full-scale serial production.
